I have always been interested and intrigued by Latin America, the Caribbean, the flavors, culture and people. The concept of Tiki meets Latin America, its flavors and ingredients is a very important project for me. My approach was like: “What if Tiki was born in Mexico City, Cartagena or Buenos Aires. What if the Zombie was created in Oaxaca?”. I always look for a position of passion to drive a project.
